Jyoti maintains a fully equipped ceramic machining workshop to engineer the tiles to required shapes. Designing and engineering department is equipped with (CAD) computer aided design. Except for the most basic applications, pre-engineered linings are generally recommended and used. Pre-engineered linings are designed by our team of highly qualified and experienced professionals and produced by expert craftsmen using the most modern machining equipment.

Duralox pre-engineered lining tiles are machined and match-marked in green stage taking into account allowance for shrinkage during sintering. Pre-engineered lining tiles provide tight close fitting, optimum number of tiles used with minimum number of joints, which enhances extra lining life.
